Ribbon can be customized according to your choice. For this bouquet I personally recommend: ivory satin, white satin, lace, burlap twine, or green chiffon.
*Wedding sets: Typically boutonnieres are $15 each, corsages are $20 each, centerpieces or accent pieces are $35-$150 each depending on size and materials, and individual bouquets can range from $35-$150 each depending on requested size and materials. Note: Sizes are diameter but for some bouquets do not include length added by any cascading drapery. Individual stems may slightly vary depending on available stock.

At Marmalade Floral we understand how important it is for your special event to be perfect! For this reason we bend over backwards in order to assure that what you receive is of the highest quality and exactly what you expected. If, for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return the order for free as long as you do so within 7 days of receipt. For full details, see below.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your item, we are glad to offer free exchanges, including reimbursed return shipping costs. Simply return the item and let us know what changes you would like made, and we will get a new item out to you as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

Refunds (if applicable)
For damaged items, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, including your return shipping costs.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund after 3 business days please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

As designers, we love them both! But as a bride, consider this: Silk flowers won't wilt on your wedding day and will stand up to all kinds of use. No lost petals and no bruised stems! Silks also provide a higher bang for your buck than live flowers. We use only the finest silk materials, and few-if any-of your guests will know they aren't live. Best of all, they will look that way forever! No need to time a perfect delivery with the florist, or worry about whether the flowers will be fresh: silk flowers have no shelf life! They ALWAYS look perfect.

Standard shipping is FREE for all orders! No gimmicks, no minimum order values. Expedited shipping methods are also available at carrier rates.

What is the typical turnaround time for an order?
Orders are completed and shipped within 1-2 weeks unless otherwise noted. Expedited orders (based on available supplies) may be possible for an additional fee. If you would like your order expedited please let us know!
What is the process for a custom request? Can I see my flowers before they are complete?
We want your event to be perfect! We will discuss your preferences and record every detail in the order. Once you have placed your order, one of every item type will be created. At that point we will send you a photo of each item for your approval and to make any minor modifications. Only after your approval will we complete and ship your order.
For large orders (>$1,000) we first require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total payment. Following approval, we then require payment for the remainder of the order before shipment.
Do you accept returns or refunds?

Who designs the flowers for Marmalade Floral?
Ashley Freeze is the owner and lead designer of Marmalade Floral. Ashley started designing floral arrangements beginning with her Mother’s wedding in 2006. She designed for other weddings and events and kept hearing she should open up an online store, and finally decided to do it in May 2016! Marmalade Floral is based in Seattle.
How did you get the name Marmalade Floral?
When they were newlyweds Ash and her husband lived in a small apartment in west Salt Lake City, Utah, USA in a historic neighborhood called the Marmalade District. In the 1800s the area was filled with orchards and flowers, and it’s still one of the most beautiful, green, and flower-filled places in the city. Ash has fond memories of their time there and this is a way for her to bring those memories into her work.
